Raushida Vasaiwala’s journey is a story of resilience, reinvention, and relentless drive.

Starting from modest beginnings, she navigated the challenges of building a career while pursuing education. Her most defining pivot came in her mid-30s — a career reset in a new country, raising two children as a single parent. Along the way, she faced gender bias and was often dismissed as just a "pretty face." But Raushida refused to be underestimated. She turned every setback into fuel, adopting the mindset that obstacles are stepping stones.

With the support of mentors who saw her potential, she broke into digital marketing just as the industry was taking off. Committed to continuous learning, she immersed herself in workshops and courses, sharpening her skills and building the foundation for her next leap.

Today, Raushida is a Martech SaaS sales leader, driving high-performance commercial teams across the Asia Pacific. A strong advocate for women in tech sales, she helps her teams navigate rejection, develop resilience, and build a growth mindset -  essential skills in any demanding sales environment.
